- Swimming right at the shore of Maya Bay is limited by park rules: snorkelling and swimming happen from the water beside the bay.
- Entering Pileh Lagoon depends on the tide and on the captain — the order of stops can change.
- If the sea is closed by the authorities, the trip moves to another date or the payment comes back.

What time will I be picked up?
Between 07:30 and 08:30. The guide confirms the exact time the evening before: hotels near Chalong are collected later, the north of the island earlier.
Can I actually walk on the sand at Maya Bay?
Access to the bay follows park rules and changes through the year. Swimming and snorkelling take place from the water next to the bay, and that is what the programme is built around.
Is the national park fee really extra?
Yes, it is paid in cash on the day and is not in the tour price. Bring baht in small notes.
