Where to Book Tours in Phuket, and How Booking with Us Works
By the PhuketGO tour desk on Phuket — we book and run these trips every week · Updated 28 September 2026
In Phuket you can buy tours from street agencies, desks at the piers, your hotel's tour desk, or online before you arrive. Wherever you buy, check the same things: a clear programme with the pier and times, what is included and what is paid on the spot, and a written confirmation.
Tours and prices in Thai baht
| Tour | Duration | Adult | Child 4–9 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phi Phi, Maya Bay and Khai island by speedboat | One day | 2,000 ฿ | 1,800 ฿ |
| Racha and Coral islands by speedboat | Eight to nine hours | 1,400 ฿ | 1,300 ฿ |
| Coral island from Rawai pier | Half a day, 08:30–14:00 | 1,400 ฿ | 1,300 ฿ |
| Krabi tropical paradise: four islands in one day | One day, 09:00–18:30 | 2,300 ฿ | 2,000 ฿ |
Prices come straight from our booking system. Children under four join free on most trips — each tour page says so.
What are the options?
Street agencies are in every tourist area, with printed programmes in the window. Pier desks sell for the same day — handy for a spontaneous decision, but you choose from what is left. Hotel desks sell for convenience. Online booking in advance gives you time: you read the programme calmly, ask questions in writing and fix the date before the trip.
Prices for the same kind of tour can differ between these; compare what is included, not only the headline number.
What should I check before paying anyone?
A programme with the pier and the times, not just a list of islands. A clear answer on what the price includes — transfer, lunch, snorkelling gear, park fees — and what is paid on the day. The pickup time and point. Written confirmation of the tour, date and group.
Those four answers tell you more about a trip than its photos.
How does booking with us work?
Send the tour, the date, your hotel and the ages of everyone coming in the chat. We confirm the programme, the total for your group and the pickup area. Payment is agreed in the chat after the booking is confirmed; the booking holds once it is paid in full.
The evening before the trip you get the exact pickup time. Every programme, with times, inclusions and extras, is on its tour page — all tours.
What if something changes?
If the authorities close the sea, the trip moves to another date or the payment comes back. The order of stops can change on the day for the tide or weather — that is normal on every route. If you need to cancel, do it more than 24 hours ahead; later cancellations, a missed transfer and no-shows are not refunded.
Questions on the day go to the same chat.
What makes our tours easy to compare?
Everything is written down before you pay. Each tour page lists the itinerary with times, what is included and not included line by line, the extras paid on the spot with their amounts, the group size, the guide's language and who the trip is not recommended for. Prices in the tables come straight from our booking system.
If a line is unclear, ask in the chat — the answer stays in writing.
What will our confirmation include?
The tour name and date, the number of adults and children with their ages, the total, and the pickup area. The evening before comes the exact pickup time and meeting point. The tour page stays the reference for the programme, the inclusions and the extras paid on the spot.
Which trip should I book first?
The one you would be most disappointed to miss — usually Phi Phi, the Similans in season, or a two-day trip. Put it early in the holiday, so a closed-sea day can move it. Near-island days and land days can be booked a couple of days ahead.
How do I pay?
In the chat, after we confirm the booking — by card, bank transfer or USDT — and the booking holds once paid in full. On the day you only need cash for the extras listed on the tour card, such as a park fee on two Phi Phi speedboat days.
What language is the booking in?
English, in the chat — the programme, the confirmation and the pickup time. Every tour in our catalogue runs with an English-speaking guide. Ask before booking if that matters.
Can I ask questions before paying?
Yes, and please do. Ask about the pier, the pickup, the guide's language, what is included, children's ages, seasickness — anything. Nothing is charged until the booking is confirmed in the chat.
Is it better to book online or on the spot?
For the trip you care most about, online and in advance: you get the date you want and the time to read the programme. For a last-minute near-island day, on the spot can work too. Either way, the checklist above applies.
