Phi Phi, Bamboo island and fishing at Rang Yai
Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon, the flour-soft sand of Bamboo island and deep-water fishing to finish
One day that collects most of the postcards of the Andaman Sea. Bamboo island, where the sand is as soft as flour and the water is green. The Viking Cave, where swiftlet nests are still gathered by hand. Pileh Lagoon inside its ring of cliffs. Maya Bay, familiar to anyone who has seen The Beach. Lunch at a beach restaurant on Phi Phi Don, snorkelling among tropical fish, Monkey Beach in Yong Kasem bay — and, at the end, deep-water fishing off Rang Yai with the captain and crew.

Questions we get asked
Do I need any fishing experience?
No. The tackle is on board and the crew baits the line and shows you what to do. It is hand-line fishing from the boat, not a technical sport.
How early is the pickup?
The hotel pickup is around 06:50. Patong, Kata and Karon are collected earlier, the south of the island later; the guide confirms the evening before.
Is Bamboo island included in the park fee?
Bamboo island sits inside the national park, and that fee is paid in cash on the day together with the Phi Phi park fee.
