The pier call is at nine, the boat leaves at ten, and instead of one beach you get four very different stops: a lively island with water activities, a sand spit you can walk at low tide, a limestone viewpoint and a lagoon to snorkel in. The day ends facing the sunset from a sandbar, which is the part people remember.

Is this trip good for someone who does not swim well?
Yes. Life jackets are on the boat and you can wear one the whole time, including while snorkelling. Pakbia and Lao Lading have shallow water near the shore where you can stand.
How much walking is there?
Only the Hong island viewpoint involves a climb. Everything else is flat beach walking, and the tidal maze at Pakbia is a stroll on wet sand.
Do I need cash on the day?
Park fees are already in the price, so cash is only for souvenirs, extra drinks and anything personal.
