How long do you get on Hong island?
Where: Naka Yai, Pakbia, Hong island and Lao Lading. How you get there: pier call at 09:00, departure at 10:00. How long: back at the pier at 18:30.
Hong island takes the middle of the day, from 13:30, around two hours of it: the beach, the climb to the viewpoint over the lagoon and, at 15:40, a snorkelling stop in turquoise water off the island. Before it come Naka Yai with water activities and Pakbia with its tidal sand spit; after it, Lao Lading and a sunset from a sandbar at 17:50. The group is 24 to 38 people.
Can I see Hong and James Bond island in one day?
Where: Phang Nga Bay, Lao Lading, Hong island and Phi Phi. How you get there: pickup at 06:00 and breakfast at Royal Phuket Marina at 07:30. How long: back at the hotel around 20:00.
Hong island comes at 14:00 with the beach and the viewpoint, after a morning in Phang Nga Bay with Panak, the Ice Cream cave, James Bond island, kayaks at Talu and lunch in Panyi, and before Phi Phi in the late afternoon. It is the longest day trip we sell, about fourteen hours door to door.
Breakfast at the marina, lunch at the Panyi floating village restaurant, soft drinks, fresh fruit and snacks, towels, disposable mouthpieces and Wi-Fi on board are included, with wine and ice cream waiting at the pier on return. Take something for seasickness if you are prone to it; this is a lot of time on the water.
Can I combine Hong island with a night on Phi Phi?
On Five pearls of the Andaman Sea, Hong island comes at 14:20 on day one: the beach and the climb to the viewpoint, after Lao Lading at 13:00. Then the boat heads for the hotel on Phi Phi Don for dinner, a fire show and an optional night swim among glowing plankton.

What do I need for the Hong viewpoint?
The climb to the viewpoint on Hong island is part of every Hong stop we sell and looks out over the archipelago. Wear sandals with a strap rather than flip-flops. The lagoon and the Pakbia sand spit follow the tide, so the order of stops can move on the day.

Which islands come with Hong on the Krabi day?
Naka Yai comes first, at 10:30, for around ninety minutes of water activities and beach games. Pakbia follows at 12:40, where you swim and, when the water pulls back, walk the tidal maze of the sand spit. After Hong, Lao Lading at 16:20 is around fifty minutes of white sand and green water.
The day ends facing the sunset from the sandbar for about forty minutes before the boat returns. The later start than most island tours means no pre-dawn wake-up, which makes this the calmest way to see Hong. Transfer runs by coach and boat, and souvenirs and personal spending are the only things not included.
On the eleven-islands day, Lao Lading at 12:50 is a swimming and snorkelling stop before Hong; on Five pearls, Lao Lading comes at 13:00 with white sand and green water.
