Phi Phi and Racha Yai by catamaran, with a sunset stop at Maiton
A two-deck catamaran, an empty morning beach, Maya Bay late in the day and a chill party on the water
The same islands as the standard Phi Phi day, but booked the other way round in time. You reach Racha Yai early, while the beach is still empty and the water is at its clearest, and you arrive at Maya Bay late, when the day boats have gone and you are the last ones to leave. The catamaran itself is part of the day: two decks, a slide into the sea, an inflatable pool, SUP boards, clear canoes and a jumping platform from the upper level. It closes with a sunset stop on the water beside Maiton island.

Questions we get asked
How is this different from the cheaper Phi Phi day?
The route is planned against the crowd: Racha Yai early, Maya Bay late. The boat is a two-deck catamaran with a slide, pool, SUP boards and canoes, and breakfast, lunch and the sunset stop are all included.
Is it a party boat?
There is music and a sunset stop with cocktails, but the day is built around islands and swimming. Families take it as often as couples do.
Can we get off at Maiton island?
No. Maiton is the sunset stop, and everything there happens in the water beside the boat — the slide, the pool, snorkelling and the canoes.
