Yes, all three of our overnight Phi Phi trips from Phuket reach Maya Bay before lunch. Four Pearls and Five Pearls go there the morning after the night on Phi Phi Don, at 09:00 and 09:45, while the Phi Phi two-day trip goes on day one, at 09:50, about an hour after leaving the pier. If the park has closed the bay, you see it from the boat, so ask about the status for your dates.

When each overnight trip reaches Maya Bay
Two of the three wake up on Phi Phi Don and ride a short way across to Phi Phi Leh. The third stops at Maya Bay on the way out from Phuket and spends the second morning lazing about.

Four Pearls: breakfast, then the bay
You eat at 07:30, hand in the key at 08:30, and a quarter of an hour later the boat is heading over to Phi Phi Leh. Maya Bay, the beach from The Beach, is the first stop, at nine. I like this order. You've slept fifteen minutes away by boat, so the morning starts in the bay rather than on a long crossing.
After the bay: Pileh Lagoon for a swim at ten, the Viking Cave, Monkey Beach and a snorkel. Lunch is back on Phi Phi Don at noon, Bamboo island follows at 13:50, and you're at the pier on Phuket by 16:30. Thinking of two separate day trips instead? Five Pearls: a later start, or a much earlier one
Up to you. There's an optional walk up to the viewpoint at 06:00 for anyone who wants the island from above, and breakfast and check-out happen between seven and nine. The boat goes at 09:30 and is in Maya Bay fifteen minutes later; on closure days, the card says, you look at it from the boat.
Pileh Lagoon (10:40) depends on the tide, since you can only swim in at high water. Then the Viking Cave, Monkey Beach, a swim with the fish at 11:45, lunch at 12:30, Bamboo at two and a last stop at Rang Yai at four. Pier at 17:00. The evening before, at 19:30, comes the optional plankton swim: glowing plankton on a tour from Phuket.
Phi Phi two days: the bay comes first
This one does it the other way round. Pickup is at 06:50, there's tea at the pier at 07:50, and the boat leaves at 08:50, which puts you in Maya Bay at 09:50. Pileh Lagoon, the Viking Cave, a snorkel and Bamboo island fill the rest of the morning; lunch on Phi Phi Don is at 14:20 and the room is ready at 15:50.
So day two is the slow one. Breakfast whenever you like between seven and ten, the viewpoint at half past ten, check-out at eleven, then free time, lunch, Monkey Beach, a snorkel and Rang Yai, with deep-water fishing there if the weather lets the crew go out. Back at the pier at 17:00.
Compared with the day trips
No overnight trip is the earliest at Maya Bay. The sunrise day trip leaves the pier at 05:50 and is in the bay from 07:00 to 08:00, home by mid-afternoon. The catamaran goes the other way and reaches it between 16:00 and 17:00. Both hours are compared on Maya Bay at sunrise or after 4 pm.
What the overnight trips give you instead is the night on Phi Phi Don and, on the two pearls trips, a Maya Bay morning that starts from the island rather than from Phuket. If Maya Bay at seven is the whole point, take the sunrise boat. If you want the island too, sleep there.
If Maya Bay is closed
The national park closes the bay for part of the low season. On those days the Five Pearls card has it seen from the boat, and the rest of the route goes on. The Phi Phi two-day card adds that the programme depends on the weather and on park operations, and the guide may reorder stops or swap one for something comparable.
