Yes, we're real: PhuketGO is a small team that lives on Phuket, phukeo.com is our own site, and nothing gets paid until our manager has confirmed your trip in writing on WhatsApp. Two services, the border run and the airport fast track, are run by our partner Green Lane Travel, and the cooking class by Sky Thai Cooking (Sky Corp Co., Ltd.). The payment method is confirmed in the chat before the booking.

Who runs the services we sell for partners
Not everything here is ours, and we'd rather say so. Three services belong to partner companies, and the page of each one names who runs it, right under the price. The Phuket to Satun border run is 3,800 ฿ a head, stamp fee included. VIP Arrive at Phuket airport is 4,500 ฿ a head. Both are Green Lane Travel, a travel company based in Patong.
Cooking is Sky Thai Cooking's job, a school run by Sky Corp Co., Ltd. In Thalang or Phuket Town a group class is 2,000 ฿, a private one 4,000 ฿; at their Phuket Sea Farm venue the group price goes up to 3,000 ฿. You still book with us. Your chat stays with our manager, and if the school moves a class, that's who tells you.
The rest of the catalogue, Phi Phi by speedboat, the Similans, elephants, rafting, is our own range. On every one of those days the manager checks seats for your date first, then confirms.
What you get in writing before paying
It all sits in one WhatsApp thread. Tell us the trip, the date, how many adults, the kids' ages and roughly where you're staying (Kata, Patong, Bang Tao is enough). A person answers, not a bot. Either the date works and you get a yes in writing, or it doesn't and you get another day or another trip.
How you pay is settled in the chat before the booking, with the total in baht. Until then you owe nothing. On the evening before, the pickup time and a contact for the day turn up in that same thread, so screenshot it if you like: that's your booking. How to be sure you are writing to us

We don't have an office, and you won't need one. The van collects you from your hotel and brings you back. The chat is open every day, 09:00 to 21:00 Phuket time. Guests who speak Russian write to the same people on Telegram and Max, and what they posted after their trips is kept as it was written, with dates, in our Telegram channel. It's in Russian, so a translator helps.
If the sea closes or your plans change
Bad weather is the usual worry. If the authorities close the sea on your date, the trip moves to another day or your money comes back, and we tell you in the chat, normally the evening before. The border run can be moved too, as long as you say so two days ahead.
Cancelling yourself is different. Less than 24 hours before a sea trip, the payment isn't refunded, since your seat, transfer and park fees were already bought. Full rules: what happens when a tour is cancelled for bad weather.
