# What Is Comfort+ on Your Phuket Tours? **Short answer:** Comfort+ is a format, not a different route: the same islands, with extras on the boat and at the pier — coffee or breakfast before boarding, Wi-Fi and music on board, towels and disposable mouthpieces, and wine and ice cream when you are back. The Phi Phi and Racha Yai catamaran with the Maiton sunset, Racha Yai and Coral at sunrise, sea fishing from sunrise, the early Similan boat and Five pearls of the Andaman Sea. The catamaran runs in Comfort+ only. The extras differ a little from trip to trip, so the card lists them one by one — usually marked 'Comfort+:' in front of each line. On Racha at sunrise: Wi-Fi and music on board, beer at the pier, wine and ice cream on return, towels and disposable mouthpieces. On the fishing boat: breakfast on board, Wi-Fi, music, a towel for every guest and ice cream on return. On Five pearls: coffee and a light breakfast at the pier, beer at the pier, Wi-Fi, towels, mouthpieces, rain ponchos, music, and wine and ice cream back at the pier. The early Similan boat adds Wi-Fi on the speedboat, beach towels, beer at the pier in the morning, and ice cream and wine on return. The catamaran has its own list: breakfast in a lounge at the pier, a bar and music, a bamboo cup to keep, towels, Wi-Fi and ice cream at the end. The catamaran is Comfort+ only, and its list is the longest: hotel transfer both ways, a buffet breakfast in a lounge at the pier, beer at the pier, coffee and tea, the two-deck catamaran itself with a bar and music, the water slide, inflatable pool, SUP boards and clear canoes, lunch on Phi Phi Don, cocktails and fruit at the sunset stop, a bamboo cup to keep, personal snorkel mouthpieces, towels, Wi-Fi, ice cream on return, a guide and insurance. On some trips the card gives it: Racha at sunrise and Five pearls run for groups of 24 to 38, the early Similan boat for 36 to 38, and its card says the group is kept small rather than packed to sixty. The fishing boat takes up to twenty. The catamaran card does not give a number — ask in the chat if it matters. ## How is Comfort+ different on the fishing boat? The fishing day is the clearest example. Standard parts: transfer, guide and crew, lunch from the catch, all fishing tackle, snorkelling gear with fins, drinks and fruit, insurance, photos with the catch. Comfort+ adds breakfast on the boat, Wi-Fi, music during the tour, a towel for every guest and ice cream on return. In other words, the fishing is identical; the morning is more comfortable. On a boat that leaves at seven, that breakfast is worth a lot. ## Is the early Similan boat worth the Comfort+ extras? The main difference there is timing, not comfort. The early boat picks up between 04:00 and 05:00 and reaches Miang island at 08:00, ahead of the main groups; the group is kept small rather than packed. Comfort+ adds Wi-Fi on the speedboat, beach towels, beer at the pier in the morning, ice cream and wine on return, and dinner at the pier. The classic Similan day goes on a big boat instead — slower, steadier, two dedicated snorkel stops. Different day, same islands. ## Can I upgrade a standard trip to Comfort+? Not on the same trip — Comfort+ is part of the programme, not an add-on. If the extras matter, pick one of the five Comfort+ trips; if not, the standard ones cover the same islands. On a long, early day, the small things add up: a proper coffee at five in the morning, a towel after the reef, something cold on the way home. On a short half day you would hardly notice them.
